The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the 330i platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or the betting process.
- Colluding with other users to defraud the system or gain an unfair advantage.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of the jurisdiction where you are located.
- Posting or distributing seditious, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 330i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include local eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, as well as domestic Malaysian bank transfers.
Approved deposits are typically credited to your account within a timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with applicable verification procedures — you may be required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal is approved.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and are subject to change — check your account dashboard for the latest figures.
- 330i is not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.

330i reserves the right to suspend or close any user account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Submitting false or misleading information during registration.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Receiving valid and substantiated complaints against the account.
- Request from the relevant authorities.
